Return & Exchange Policy
All Artsking Crystal is created with love and care, your satisfaction is very important to us. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, please note the following instructions:
Cancellation:
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Return:
We accept returns in new and unused condition with original packaging, which means tags and cards attached as well as original packaging, For both US and international customers, you have 30days from that date of receiving your order. If you would like to make a return please email for a return authorization (RA) at artskingttcrystal@gmail.com The recipient address of return will be listed in authorization email. Without authorization, returns cannot be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Please include a note with your name and invoice/order number. We cannot refund shipping charges on returns items.
For your protection, return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, DHL) & retain copy of your proof of purchase. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
Please note that we do not offer free returns service at the moment. We will minus any delivery charges from the refund.
Upon receipt of items, we will send you confirmation email and process your refund within 10 business days of receipt and card originally used will be credited with the cost of the goods, minus any delivery charges.
Exception/non-returnable items
"Final sale" “Special offer” "Made to order" "Gift card" “On sale” items can’t be returned or exchange for any reason.
Exchange:
We don’t accept exchanges, but you’re welcome to go ahead and return the item and place a new order.
